Sinomenine Inhibits Vasculogenic Mimicry and Migration of Breast Cancer Side Population Cells via Regulating miR-340-5p/SIAH2 Axis

<div>The effect of sinomenine on vasculogenic mimicry formation and migration of breast cancer SP cells. SP cells derived from MDA-MB-231 cells were incubated with 0.75 mM of sinomenine under normoxic or hypoxia for 24 h. (a) Vasculogenic mimicry formation was evaluated by tube formation assay. (b) Cell migration was determined by the transwell assay. (c) Cell migration was observed by wound healing assay and imaged at 0 h and 24 h. (d) The protein expression of EphA2, MMP-9, and VE-cadherin was determined by western blot, and showed in the bar graph.
