The effect of sinomenine on vasculogenic mimicry formation and migration of breast cancer SP cells. SP cells derived from MDA-MB-231 cells were incubated with 0.75 mM of sinomenine under normoxic or hypoxia for 24 h. (a) Vasculogenic mimicry formation was evaluated by tube formation assay.
