Fuzheng Jiedu Decoction Induces Apoptosis and Enhances Cisplatin Efficacy in Ovarian Cancer Cells <i>In Vitro</i> and <i>In Vivo</i> through Inhibiting the PI3K/AKT/mTOR/NF-<i>κ</i>B Signaling Pathway

<div>Effect of FJD combined with cisplatin on the apoptosis and the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway at the cell level: (a, b) the expressions of Bax, Cyt-C, caspase-3, cleaved caspase-3, and Bcl-2 in two OC cell lines; (c, d) the protein levels of p-PI3K/PI3K, p-AKT/AKT, and p-mTOR/mTOR in SKOV3 and 3AO cells were detected, respectively.
