KAI improves cisplatin resistance of A549/DDP cells. (a) A549/DDP cell-inhibition rate curves with different concentrations (0, 20, 40, 80, and 160 mg/mL) of KAI administered for 24 h. (b) KAI at concentrations of IC5, IC10, and IC20 combined with cisplatin were used to determine the cytotoxicity of A549/DDP cells. (c) The IC50 value of A549/DDP cells was detected by cisplatin combined with KAI at IC5, IC10, and IC20 concentrations.
