Overcoming Basal Autophagy, Kangai Injection Enhances Cisplatin Cytotoxicity by Regulating FOXO3a-Dependent Autophagic Cell Death and Apoptosis in Human Lung Adenocarcinoma A549/DDP Cells

<div>(a) Gene silencing of <i>FOXO3a</i> was examined via western blot analysis in A549/DDP cells, which revealed that silencing the <i>FOXO3a</i> gene inhibited apoptosis (b) and autophagy (c) through a combination of KAI and cisplatin treatment of A549/DDP cells.
