Detection of the tPA expression in transgenic monoclonal mammary epithelial cell lines. The concentrations of the tPA standard are 0, 1.5625, 3.125, 6.25, 12.5, 25, 50, and 100 μg/mL, respectively; 15 # and 32 #, respectively, show the highest and lowest level of tPA expression induced in goat mammary epithelial cell lines with tPA single-gene integration; 90# and 108# (diluted 100 times), respectively, show the highest and lowest level of tPA expression induced in goat mammary epithelial cell lines with tPA/GH double-gene integration.
