Chalcone 9X Contributed to Repressing Glioma Cell Growth and Migration and Inducing Cell Apoptosis by Reducing FOXM1 Expression In Vitro and Repressing Tumor Growth In Vivo

<div>Chalcone 9X induced cell apoptosis in U87 and T98G cells. Chalcone 9X (0 <i>μ</i>mol/L, 20 <i>μ</i>mol/L, 50 <i>μ</i>mol/L, and 100 <i>μ</i>mol/L) was treated in human glioma cells for 48 h.
