Luteolin inhibits the proliferation of human NPC CNE2 cells. (a) The results from our MTT assay showed that CNE2 cells treated with different concentrations of luteolin (0 μM, 5 μM, 10 μM, 20 μM, 40 μM, and 80 μM) for 24 h, 36 h, and 48 h resulted in a dose-dependent inhibition of growth and survival rates (, ).
