Antibacterial and Immunoregulatory Effects of Metformin against <i>Helicobacter pylori</i> Infection in Rat Model

<div>The concentrations of Th17- and Treg-related cytokines in serum samples at the end of the experiments in different groups including control, NS, AMX-1, AMX-2, Met-1, Met-2, Met-1/AMX-1, and Met-1/AMX-2. Serum levels of cytokines including (a) IL-1<i>β</i>, (b) IL-17A, (c) IL-6, (d) IL-8, (e) TGF-<i>β</i>, and (f) IL-10 were determined by ELISA.
