CircTRRAP Knockdown Has Cardioprotective Function in Cardiomyocytes via the Signal Regulation of miR-370-3p/PAWR Axis

PAWR expression was upregulated by circTRRAP via targeting miR-370-3p. (a) The microT CDS predicted the binding sites between PAWR 3UTR and miR-370-3p. (b) The combination between miR-370-3p and PAWR 3UTR was validated through dual-luciferase reporter assay. (c) PAWR protein expression was assayed by western blot in the normoxia or hypoxia group. (d) The protein detection for PAWR was performed using western blot following transfection of miR-NC, miR-370-3p, miR-370-3p + pcDNA, or miR-370-3p + PAWR. (e) Western blot was used for examining the protein level of PAWR in si-circTRRAP, si-circTRRAP+in-miR-370-3p, or the control groups. The experiments were repeated for three times with three paralleled samples. .
