(2) Triglycerides ≥150 mg/dL or known treatment for hypertriglyceridemia
(3) HDL <40 mg/dL for men or <50 mg/dL for women or known treatment for low HDL
(4) Systolic blood pressure ≥130 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure ≥85 mmHg or treatment of previously diagnosed hypertension
(5) Waistline >40 inches (>102 cm) for men or >35 inches (>88 cm) for women
