miR-135a Regulates Atrial Fibrillation by Targeting Smad3

<div>miR-135 regulated AF via Smad3/TRPM7. (a) Knockdown efficiency of two different interference sequences of Smad3 was determined by western blotting; AFs were transfected with Smad3 siRNA and then treated with HES for 12 h (b) or hypoxia for 24 h (c); cells were harvested and subjected to western blotting analysis of Smad3, TRPM7, collagen I, and <i>α</i>-SMA protein expression.
