[Retracted] A Data-Driven Control Strategy for Urban Express Ramp

Algorithm 1

NSGA-II algorithm.
Step 1: Randomly generate the initial population whose size is and set the number of iteration times and initial operation parameter values.
Step 2: Take the initial population as the parent population, select, cross, and mutate it, and get a new generation of offspring population .
Step 3: Combine and to obtain a new population with the scale of . The nondominated set is obtained by fast nondominated sorting. The crowding degree of individuals in each layer is calculated, and the optimal individuals are selected to form a new parent population according to the nondominated sorting hierarchical number and crowding degree.
Step 4: Perform selection on population and cross and mutate the selected individuals to obtain a new offspring population .
Step 5: Repeat the above operations and output result ending the operation until the number of iterations reaches the upper limit; otherwise return to step 2.
