Algorithm 1 is executed to divide the feasible solution region into H subspaces, denoted as:

The algorithm discretizes each subspace according to the formula (11), and then selects Q sample points in each subspace according to the uniform array according to the formula (3) and generates a total of sample points.

The algorithm evaluates the sample points generated in step (2) according to each fitness function to select the best , and finally selects a total of points to form the initial group.
