Detection of Breast Cancer Lump and BRCA1/2 Genetic Mutation under Deep Learning

<div>The first-generation sequencing was used to test sample <i>P</i>2 at site NO. 1, and the location of mutation sites was c.7397T&gt;G. BRCA2 gene belonged to the positive chain, so the mutation of this site was A&gt;G according to the principle of reverse complementation. The homozygosis was that one hundred percent of the mutation occurred.</div>
