Fever, 35 patients (74.5%); hepatosplenomegaly, 35 patients (74.5%); sore throat, 17 patients (36.2%); headache, 15 patients (31.9%); abdominal pain, 13 patients (27.7%); lymphadenopathy, 11 patients (23.4%); and skin rash, 4 patients (6.4%) on arrival to our hospital, respectively. (b) The frequency of some clinical complications is shown.
