Overall survival for (a) complete cohort and (b) cohort censored to liver transplantation. In the complete cohort, the favorable response cohort had a longer median OS than the unfavorable response cohort (27.6 months vs. 11.8 months;  ≤ 0.0001). When liver transplantation was censored from the overall cohort, the favorable response cohort continued to have a longer median OS than the unfavorable response cohort (26.4 months vs. 11.8 months;  = 0.0002).
