SHMT2 Drives the Progression of Colorectal Cancer by Regulating UHRF1 Expression

SHMT2 knockdown impairs the growth of tumor xenografts in vivo. SW480 and SW620 cells were inoculated into mice to establish a tumor model, as indicated in “Materials and Methods.” Mice bearing tumors were randomly placed into two groups (5 mice/group, both sides of armpit) and were treated daily with normal water (control) or water with doxycycline (DOX; treatment group) for 10 days.
