Note. Qualification rate requirements for wearing gloves instead of hand hygiene are as follows: if hand hygiene is not performed but wearing gloves instead of hand hygiene is marked as qualified, the qualified requirements for the consumption of hand sanitizer in the department is ≥10 ml/bedday; the consumption of hand sanitizer in the department of eligibility requirements is ICU ≥ 30 ml/bedday and general ward ≥ 5 ml/bedday.
