miR-30c Increases the Intracellular Survival of Helicobacter pylori by Inhibiting Autophagy

miR-30c-1-3p and miR-30c-5p decrease the intracellular H. pylori elimination in GES-1 cells. (a, b) After GES-1 cells were transfected with mimic and inhibitor of miR-30c-1-3p as well as miR-30c-5p, negative mimic or negative inhibitor for 36 h, and then stimulated with H. pylori for 12 h. Intracellular survival of H. pylori was detected by gentamicin protection assay. (c, d) After GES-1 cells were transfected with mimic and inhibitor of miR-30c-1-3p as well as miR-30c-5p, negative mimic or negative inhibitor for 36 h, and then stimulated with H. pylori for 12 h. The extracellular H. pylori were eliminated with gentamicin. The cells were dyeing with anti-H. pylori antibodies (green) and DAPI (blue). All error bars indicate SEM. .
