Severe Inflammation Caused by Coinfection of PCV2 and Glaesserella parasuis Is Associated with Pyroptosis via Noncanonical Inflammasome Pathway

The protein levels of some inflammation-related cytokines in RAW264.7 after infection. RAW264.7 cells were infected prior with PCV2 () for 24 h and then infected with G. parasuis at an MOI of 100 for 1 h. After treatment with penicillin and gentamicin for 1 h, the cells were replenished with complete medium and were further cultured; then cell culture supernatant was collected at 6 h and 12 h.
