<i>Mycobacterium avium</i> Infection of Multinucleated Giant Cells Reveals Association of Bacterial Survival to Autophagy and Cholesterol Utilization

<div>siRNA targeting of autophagy markers decreases protein levels. THP-1 cells were depleted of either ATG5 or Beclin-1 48 h after siRNA targeting.
