Iterative SVR procedure for MCC method.

(1) Initialize the labels 𝑦 by using the 𝑘-means;

(2) Fix 𝑦, and perform SVR with Laplacian loss;

(3) Compute 𝜔 from the Karush-Kuhn-Tucker (KKT) conditions;

(4) Compute the bias 𝑏 as described above;

(5) Assign the labels as 𝑦_𝑖=sign(𝜔^𝑇𝜑(𝑥_𝑖)+𝑏);

(6) Repeat steps 2–5 until convergence.
