Overexpression of CRNDE promotes proliferation of glioma cells and the localization of CRNDE in tissues and cells. (a) and (b) MTT and flow cytometry assays assayed the growth activity and apoptosis of T98G and U251 cells after CRNDE overexpression. (c) FISH was used to locate the CRNDE in glioma tissues. Levels of GAPDH (cytoplasmic marker), U6 (nuclear marker), and U251 were measured by qRT-PCR after the nuclear and cytoplasmic separation of T98G and U251 cells. .
