Transcription Factor CTCFL Promotes Cell Proliferation, Migration, and Invasion in Gastric Cancer via Activating DPPA2

<div>CTCFL promotes the DPPA2 level in gastric cancer. (a) Bioinformatics analysis was performed and discovered that there were potential binding sites of CTCFL on DPPA2 promoter. (b, c) qRT-PCR was carried out to determine the level of DPPA2 mRNA in cells transfected with (b) sh-CTCFL and (c) oe-CTCFL.
