Transcription Factor CTCFL Promotes Cell Proliferation, Migration, and Invasion in Gastric Cancer via Activating DPPA2

<div>The repressive impact of CTCFL silencing on cell proliferation, migration, and invasion in gastric cancer can be reversed by DPPA2 overexpression. sh-NC+oe-NC, sh-CTCFL+oe-NC, and sh-CTCFL+oe-DPPA2 were transfected into cells. (a) qRT-PCR assessed transfection efficiency.
