<div>The effect of miR-136 on hippocampal tissue inflammatory response and neuronal apoptosis in temporal lobe epilepsy rats. (a) ELISA was used to detect the levels of IL-1<i>β</i>, IL-6, and TNF-<i>α</i> in the hippocampus tissue of each group of rats. (b) Flow cytometry was used to detect the apoptosis of neurons in the hippocampus tissue of each treatment group.
