(a) High KV DR shows scattered small nodules in both lungs, thickened hilum, smooth diaphragm surface, and sharp costophrenic angle. (b) Lung window of CT shows small nodules scattered in all the two lungs, partially fused into a mass; pleural adhesion and thickening were also found. (c) Mediastinal window of CT shows the obvious fusion adhesion between the nodule and pleura.
