Prediction of putative TFs regulating BGN in gastric cancer. The prediction of BGN promoter region was processed using GTRD (http://gtrd.biouml.org/) and ALGGEN-PROMO (http://alggen.lsi.upc.es/cgi-bin/promo_v3/promo/promoinit.cgi?dirDB=TF_8.3) databases. The potential TFBSs were predicted by GTRD and ALGGEN-PROMO. (a) Overlapped TFs with sequence alignment and correlation significance were considered as eligible TFs.
