[Retracted] Double-Negative T Cells Attenuate Cisplatin-Induced Acute Kidney Injury via Upregulating IL-10/AT2R Axis

<div>IL-10 is essential for the prevention of cisplatin-induced AKI. (a) CCK-8 assay and (b, c) flow cytometry of HK-2 cells pretreated with cisplatin, DN T cells, and anti-IL-10 or IL-10; HK-2 cells were pretreated with cisplatin and DN T cells or cisplatin alone, and then, anti-IL-10 or IL-10 was added into the culture. (d) HK-2 cells were treated by the same strategy, and the KIM, calbindin, TIMP-1, and Bcl-2 protein levels of HK-2 were immunoblotted with anti-KIM, anti-calbindin, anti-TIMP-1, and anti-Bcl-2 antibodies; GAPDH was used as an internal control.
