(c) CGGA dataset analysis showed that ATG4A expression was positively correlated to advanced stage of gliomas. (d) TCGA databases analysis showed that ATG4B was significantly upregulated in GBM and LGG samples compared to normal samples. (e, f) The Kaplan-Meier analysis showed that higher expression levels of ATG4B were correlated to shorter OS time in gliomas using both the CGGA and TCGA databases.
