[Retracted] Low-Dose X-Ray Increases Paracellular Permeability of Human Renal Glomerular Endothelial Cells

Low-dose X-ray irradiation does not affect the apoptosis of HRGECs. The apoptosis of HRGECs was detected by TUNEL apoptosis assay (a). Besides, Western blot bands of Bcl-2 (b), Bax (c), and cl-casp-3 (d) were statistically analyzed and GAPDH was used as an internal control. It was obvious that the apoptosis was consistent under low-dose X-ray (<2.0 Gy).
