The incidence of diarrhea in the observation group and control group was 18.60% and 3.77%, respectively, and the incidence of diarrhea in the observation group was higher compared to the control group; the incidences of transient hyperglycemia, peripheral neurotoxicity, and muscle soreness in the observation group and the control group were 16.28% and 52.83%, 13.95% and 1.89%, and 11.63% and 20.75%, respectively.
