Differential expression of GLI1 and HIF-1α in normal, eutopic and ectopic endometrial tissues. (a) Immunohistochemistry assay was performed to confirm the expression and localization of HIF-1α and GLI1 protein in normal proliferative endometrium (A, B, G, and H), eutopic endometrium (C, D, I, and J), and ectopic endometrium (E, F, K, and L). The images were observed under 200 times and 400 times visual field.
