Overexpression of miR-21-5p significantly decreased the luciferase activity of WT-NBAT1, whereas no significant changes were observed in MUT-NBAT1. (c) The relative expression of miR-21-5p in EC and the adjacent tissues was measured by RT-qPCR. (d) The relative expression of miR-21-5p in hESCs, HEC-1A, and Ishikawa cells and was detected by RT-qPCR.
