Cell annotation and trajectory analysis. (a) Nine clusters were obtained by cell clustering analysis through tSNE nonlinear dimension reduction. (b) Heat map of gene differential expression analysis of cells in each cluster (heat map only shows part of marker genes in each cluster of cells). (c) Cells in each cluster were annotated via marker genes to obtain iPSCs (green dots), neurons (blue dots), and astrocytes (pink dots).
