In subfigure (b), the blue and red dots represent the real control level of population mobility within Hubei and migration from Hubei, respectively, which is calculated as dividing the 2019 average index by the 2020 average index of the same period. The real data identifies the much more strict restriction on population migration from Hubei than mobility within Hubei, which is consistent with the simulation results.
