Eliciting Fairness in N-Player Network Games through Degree-Based Role Assignment

The average proposal played by agents in a population, , decreases with . This means that attributing the role of Proposer to high-degree nodes reduces the overall fairness level in a population. We present results for BA and DMS networks with an average degree . We verify that the low-degree Proposer assignment maximizes for different group decision rules, , i.e., the fraction of Responders that needs to accept a proposal, for it to be accepted by the group.
