How both the conceptual and the technical layers assemble into the interdomain and the domain-specific approaches? The modularity of the framework is such that both the content and the quantity of levels may vary, adaptable to each specific case study. The process of arranging the layers together is not linear, and the two approaches are built up at the same time. The dashed lines show the link between conceptual and technical layers: the conceptual layers are the output of the process defined in the technical layers. The diagram can be structured in both directions, from level A to D and vice versa.
