A Nonfunctioning Pituitary Macroadenoma Presenting as Cyclical Vomiting and Severe Hyponatremia in a Young Female

Caudal part of the lesion showed intermediate signal intensity in T2-weighted images. Superior mass effect is seen on the optic chiasma, optic tract, and AI segments of bilateral anterior cerebral arteries. Mass is bulged into the sphenoid sinuses.
