Well-Differentiated Liposarcoma That Increased in Size after Menopause: A Case Report and a Review of the Literature

The mass of the anterior uterine wall that was highly intense on T1- and T2-weighted images was considered a fatty component because the signal was suppressed on fat-suppressed imaging. Diffusion-weighted imaging revealed no obvious abnormal findings, suggesting that the cell density of the mass was low and was unlikely to be a malignant finding.
