<div>A hypermetabolic heterogeneous soft tissue mass at the left carotid bifurcation demonstrates SUV max of 7.1. This lesion is consistent with the given history of biopsy-proven paraganglioma. Multiple hypermetabolic left cervical lymph nodes are also seen (SUV max of 16.1).</div>
