Femur Fracture Associated with Knee Brace Wear in the Motocross Athlete: A Report of Two Cases and Review of the Literature

At this point, further extension force is exerted primarily at the proximal and distal ends of the brace. This force is then absorbed, obligatorily, by the femur at the proximal end of the brace.
