Rare Presentation of Angiolipoma Affecting an Intact Achilles Tendon

The second MR image shows that the lesion has migrated to the ventral aspect of the Achilles tendon. The location and shape of the lesion has changed compared with the previous findings on the previous MRI, suggesting that the lesion was moving in and out around the Achilles tendon.
