<div>Dissection around the common hepatic artery (CHA). The portal vein (PV), splenic vein (SV), inferior mesenteric vein (IMV), and superior mesenteric vein (SMV) are taped individually. The tumor was left adherent on the PV–SMV axis afterward the artery first approach.</div>
