Increased Proportion of Dual-Positive Th2–Th17 Cells Promotes a More Severe Subtype of Asthma

More dual-positive Th2–Th17 cells were obtained after conditional differentiation based on asthma modeling. (a) Mice received allergens to build the allergic asthma model (asthma/differentiation group) or saline separately (differentiation group). Twenty-four hours after last challenge, spleen CD4+ T cells were isolated for dual-positive Th2–Th17 cells conditional differentiation. Cells and supernatants were harvested for testing after 48 h of intervention. i.p. represents intraperitoneal injection.
