MCP-4 and Eotaxin-3 Are Novel Biomarkers for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

MCP-4 and eotaxin-3 could function through CCR2, 3, and 5 in COPD. Protein levels of MCP-4, eotaxin-3, and CCR2, 3, and 5 were examined in COPD and normal samples. The expression of abovementioned molecules was determined in AECOPD and stable COPD cases. COPD, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease; MCP-4, monocyte chemoattractant protein. vs. control; # vs. stable COPD.
