The plasma NO, VEGF, and GM-CSF levels in the four groups were shown as follows. (a) The plasma NO level in postmenopausal women was lower than that in premenopausal women. The plasma NO level in hyperhomocysteinemia postmenopausal Women was lower than that in control, but there was a similarity in control and hyperhomocysteinemia premenopausal women. (b) There was no significant difference in the plasma VEGF level between the four groups. (c) There was no significant difference in the plasma GM-CSF level between the four groups.
