Recombinant Adenovirus siRNA Knocking Down the Ndufs4 Gene Alleviates Myocardial Apoptosis Induced by Oxidative Stress Injury

<div>Knocking down Ndufs4 prevented H<sub>2</sub>O<sub>2</sub>-induced apoptosis in H9c2 cells. (a) Flow cytometry analyzed the H9c2 cell apoptosis ratio of each group after Annexin V-FITC/PI double staining. (b) The apoptosis ratio is shown in the graph.
