The above article, published online on 10 December 2019 in Wiley Online Library (https://wileyonlinelibrary.com), has been retracted by agreement between the authors, the Journal Chief Editor, Paolo Renna, and John Wiley & Sons Ltd. The retraction has been agreed due to errors raised by the authors in the simulation model presented in the study.
Specifically, the authors used “and” instead of “or” in the wise judgment statement, causing subsequent errors in the core judgement function of the model. As a result, the coefficient relationship between k and (1 + K) is not well reflected in the model simulation.
Additionally, the authors used kQ (c) rather than (1 − K)Q(c) in the calculation formula for Figure 2. Moreover, they did not use the (1 − K) function in the flowchart calculation.
After re-examining the data, the authors confirm that this error significantly influences the results and conclusions presented in the article, and it is retracted.
