The SCC patients were divided into a high CLCA2 expression group (RSEM values > 100; ) and low CLCA2 expression group (RSEM values ≤ 100; ). Statistically significant differences in the expression levels of E-cadherin (a), vimentin (b), N-cadherin (c), and fibronectin (d) were detected between the groups (Mann-Whitney test).
